Ralph Nader is a nationally renowned consumer rights activist whose efforts have helped create important regulatory agencies and the passage of several major laws including the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Consumer Product Safety Commission, Safe Drinking Water Act and the Freedom of Information Act of 1974.
