On Sunday, October 13, the Sacramento Area Chapter of Peace and Freedom party attended the capital city’s annual Freethought Day to spread the word about the Peace and Freedom Party and help local county central committee candidates get supporting signatures on candidate petition forms.
State Central Committee member C.T. Weber and PFP state chair John Reiger (pictured below, explaining the registration process to a Peace and Freedom supporter) spent the day meeting and greeting PFP registrants and other members of the Sacramento community. Ultimately, they were successful in getting about 80% of the needed signatures.
