Be it resolved that the Peace and Freedom Party, its chapters and County Central Committees, stand in solidarity with Mumia and three other prisoners, who, in conjunction with the Prison Radio Project, have announced their intention to file suit against the State of Pennsylvania for violating the First Amendment rights of these prisoners in its attempt to preemptively stop speech before it happens.
