After the Peace and Freedom Party's announcement of its Supporting Membership drive in the last issue of the Partisan, memberships have been coming in from all over. Most are from California (where most Partisan readers live), but some have also come from around the U.S.A.

Each supporting member gets a free subscription to the Partisan as well as a membership card. This is an excellent way to show support for the Peace and Freedom Party, wherever you live. With the 2008 elections coming up quickly, Supporting Members are expected to play an important role in developing a national campaign for real representation of working people in government, and to advance our rights and living conditions. A more detailed report will be printed in the next issue of the Partisan.
